Dato’ Md Mydin
Md Sheriff, Chairman
Currently CEO of INSPENS International College. He began his career
in MARA as a teacher in MRSM Pengkalan Chepa in 1973, and rose
to become Ketua Pengarah Mara in 2000 until his retirement in
2002. He introduced the Cumulative Grade Point Average evaluation
system for all MARA Junior Science Colleges and Institut Kemahiran
MARA in the country, and planned, pioneered, negotiated and implemented
the highly skilled institute with the collaboration of Republic
of Germany (GMI), France (MFI), British (BMI), Spain (MSI), America
(MIAT), Australia (MIMET) and Universiti Sains Malaysia (MICET).
He was involved directly in the setting, planning and implementation
of University Technical MARA which eventually became Universiti
Kuala Lumpur in 2001. Graduated with Master of Art in Science
Education from Columbia Unversity, USA in 1973. He is also advisor
to Tabung HIP ANSARA.

Zahari Mohamed, Secretary
Currently self-employed as a Training and Management Consultant.
He spent his early years of working in Petronas in various positions
in International Marketing, Internal audit and Corporate Planning
Divisions. He was a member of the initial team at Eagle Aircraft
Pty Ltd that was based in Fremantle, Western Australia . He
is actively involved in ANSARA, and is the current Ketua Cawangan
of Kota Baru Chapter. He is also advisor to Tabung HIP ANSARA.
- Mohd Azlan Mohd Yaacob, Treasurer
Graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor
in Industrial & Operations Engineering, his professional career
was with companies such as Andersen Consulting, Motorola and Boston
Technology. His primary focus was regional large-scale implementation
of information technology and telecommunication projects. Currently,
he is involved in the overall business structuring of clean development
mechanism (CDM) programs involving private equity, process engineering
and biotechnology through companies Hijau Mikro, Inno Integrasi
and Xiron Engineering Services.

Wan Abdul Aziz Ariffin
A Civil Engineer with Masters Degree in Management who is
currently self-employed as a Project and Business Consultant
after spending 18 years in the corporate life in PERNAS at
various senior positions and managed diverse portfolios from
the hotel and property management to insurance and security
services. Among others, he was the pro-tem Chairman of Malaysian
Hotel Owners and the President of Pernas Sports & Recreation
Club.

Zainal Abidin Pit
Began his career in August 1982 as an Assistant Accountant in
The General Electric Company of Malaysia Sendirian Berhad (GEC
Malaysia). He joined Kinta Kellas in 1996 as Head of Finance
Division where he gained valuable experience in project management
and cross-border acquisition of a company in New Zealand. He
left Kinta Kellas plc in April 1997 to set up his own management
consultancy company, ZAP Management Services Sdn Bhd, offering
company secretarial, corporate and advisory services to various
corporate clients. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree
from Indiana University (USA) in 1981 and earned his Master
in Business Administration from Miami University (USA) in 1982.
He completed his ICSA examinations in 1993 and was elected a
Fellow of The Malaysian Association of The Institute of Chartered
Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) in 2003. He also earned
his LLB (Honours) degree from University of London, UK in 1997
obtained his CLP in 1998. At present, he is a Senior Partner
of his own legal firm, Messr Zainal Pit, Amir & Partners
located in Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Nik Md Saifuddin
Nik Mahmud
Graduated with B.B.A. (Actuarial Science & Economics) from
Temple University in Philadelphia, USA. Currently, the Senior
General Manager of Willis (M) Sdn Bhd, largest local insurance
broker handling more than RM500 million of premiums - largely
for specialized risks such as aviation, marine, power &
energy, political & trade credit risks, directors &
officers, and professional indemnities.

Mohammad Sobri Saad
Currently CEO of EASS Sdn Bhd. He has more than
20 years of experience providing corporate-wide ICT infrastructure
& enterprise solutions for clients in public, financials
and telecommunication industry. A qualified hot air balloon
pilot that regularly flies above places locally, Asia and Europe.
He received his Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Computing
from The Polytechnic of Wales, UK.

Raja Ali Raja Othman
Currently the Director Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank
(M) Berhad. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he was attached
to the global accountancy firms of Arthur Andersen and Ernst
& Young for over 14 years and left as Executive Director,
Transaction Advisory Services. He later joined ECM Libra Avenue
Securities Sdn Bhd and left as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
He is currently serving as Independant Non Executive Director
of KUB Berhad and exco member of Malaysia Mergers & Acquisition
Association. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of
Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant with
the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Khusairi Wahijan
Graduated from the University of Kansas, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1988. He is a Member of The American Society of Civil Engineers, Graduate Member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Member of The Road Engineering Association of Malaysia and Graduate Engineer (Civil) of Board of Engineers Malaysia. He started his career in 1988 with Packer Plastic Inc., Kansas, USA. He was with Pernas Construction Sdn Bhd from 1989 to 1991, and with Percon Corporation Sdn Bhd from 1991 to 1997. Currently he is the Managing Director of his own construction company called Nuri Cergas Sdn Bhd.

Nik Ariza Ariffin
Graduated from University of Minnesota-Duluth, USA with a Bachelor of Accounting in 1986. She articled with Price Waterhouse & Co, Kuala Lumpur from 1986 until 1991. She then started several businesses with a focus on health and wellness management, information and communication technology, textile apparel and geographical information systems. She is also actively involved in NGOs. Among others are Deputy President of the Kelantan Girl Guides Association and Treasurer of the Asia Pacific World Association of Girl Guides.

Azlan Rosmera Alias
He is an entrepreneur and an avid traveller and has travelled to more than almost 100 countries for business and pleasure. He graduated from The George Washington University, Washington DC, USA with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Information Systems in 1996. He started his career in Petronas in 1996 before venturing into business in 2000. Currently, among others, he is on board of Kolej Polytech MARA Sdn Bhd (a fully owned subsidiary of MARA).

Jamaludin Sulaiman
He has been working in the construction industry for more than 25 year. He graduated from University of Southampton, England with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1983. He received his Certificate in Execution Management from FUDO Construction Company Japan in 1984. He is also a Member of Board of Engineer Malaysia. He has been with the Gamuda Berhad for the last 25 years and currently is the Assistant General Manager of Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd.
